“那我不用操心了……”弗兰克笑着看看艾丽丝，艾丽丝的脸一下子红了。弗兰克转过头面冲小天狼星：“大脚板……我可以也这么叫吗？你得加油啊……”
“我？”小天狼星大笑起来，“我才不找女朋友咧！我这辈子就当一个快乐的单身汉，然后周末挨个到你们家蹭饭……”
大家都为小天狼星小小的幽默笑了起来，那个黑暗的年代，这么痛痛快快地笑真的是久违的事了。就在这间屋子的外面，黑暗的势力越发猖獗，食死徒们正在英吉利这个不大的岛上策划着一起起惨案，每一天都可能是生命的最后一天……
尖头叉子最终没能躲过那罪恶的屠杀。
虽然他和莉莉用生命，用爱的力量给了伏地魔致命一击，换来了十多年的短暂和平，换来了他们的儿子并不幸福但至少还算和平的童年。但当小天狼星冲着那废墟跪下的时候，他知道，那个预言，虽然迟了些，但最终还是灵验了。
这算得上宿命么？他不知道。他甚至不知道这是否和那个预言有着千丝万缕说不清的联系，不知道这是不是黑狗不祥的预示，不知道，这是否真的和他有关。
他从来不相信宿命论，这几年来，这是唯一一个让他不得安宁的关于宿命的问题，却终还是得到了残酷的答案。
命运，真是说不准的东西。
1995年的那个夏季的一个平静的早晨，格里莫广场响起了清脆的门铃声。
“谁？”小天狼星拖长声调高声问道。
“我，月亮脸。”窗外一个熟悉的声音说道。
“月亮脸？”小天狼星高兴地跳了起来，把莱姆斯请进门。莱姆斯还是穿着那件破破烂烂的袍子，淡棕色的头发被风吹得有些凌乱，手里还拿着一个盒子。
“这个是什么？”小天狼星指着盒子问。
“这就是我今天来的目的。”莱姆斯把盒子放下来，打开它，一股发霉的味道飘了出来。盒子里有一堆草稿纸，小天狼星拿起其中一张，看了看上面的字迹，突然失声叫了起来：
“这是詹姆的笔迹！这你还留着？”
“是呀，詹姆出事前一个月，曾经把这堆东西交给邓布利多，让他留着它们，如果我没认错的话，这些是我们画活点地图的草稿。”
小天狼星没作声，等着莱姆斯往下说。
“我本以为他只是想存着这些东西做纪念，但他出事后，邓布利多让我整理这些东西时，我偶然发现里面有一封信，是詹姆的笔迹，给你的。”
“给我的？”如果可能，小天狼星的声音足足高了一个八度，而且还在微微颤抖，“说了什么？”
“这不是要你自己看吗？”莱姆斯用略微责备的语气说，然后嘴角又浮现出一丝若有若无的苦笑，“你被抓进那鬼地方后，我本想把这封信烧掉，但不知为什么还是留了下来。”他叹了口气，似乎不太想再回忆这些不愉快的往事。
“我理解。”小天狼星很突兀地说，然后仔细端详着信封，上面歪歪斜斜地写着“如果我不幸遇难，请把它交给小天狼星•布莱克，谢谢”，署名詹姆•波特。小天狼星从里面抽出一张有些皱了的信纸。岁月的流逝让这张纸变得很脆，小天狼星小心翼翼地展开了它，詹姆那熟悉的字迹印入眼帘，看得出他尽力想写工整些，但这努力近乎徒劳：
亲爱的大脚板：
当你看到这封信时，我恐怕已经无法再笑着叫你“大脚板”了，请原谅。

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
